How It Works

  • How do I know if I need a new gate or just a repair?

    If the gate panel is structurally sound, the issue is usually in the opener, sensor, or control box, and a repair covers it. If the panel is badly damaged, misaligned, or no longer fits the driveway layout, a full replacement makes more sense.

  • What happens if I delay fixing a gate that stops halfway?

    A gate stuck halfway leaves the driveway unsecured and puts repeated strain on the motor. Continued cycling against a travel-limit fault can burn out the opener, turning a sensor or control box fix into a full motor replacement.

  • Can an automatic driveway gate work for both a home and a commercial property?

    Yes. The core system is the same, gate panel, opener, sensor, control box. Commercial setups typically use a heavier-duty operator and a higher cycle rating to handle more daily traffic than a residential driveway.

  • Does Denver’s climate affect which gate system I should install?

    It does. Metal panels expand and contract with temperature, and motors rated for mild climates can underperform in a hard freeze. Partners select panel material and opener model together so the system handles the full Front Range temperature range.

  • Do HOA-gated entrances need a specific type of access control?

    Many HOAs along the I-25 corridor require telephone entry or keypad access so residents and guests can enter without a remote. Those configurations are programmed and tested during installation to match the HOA’s entry rules.
